Duties & Shipping Policy
We are excited to offer worldwide shipping! Shipping fees are not included and will be added when you add your shipping address at check out. We have tried to absorb as much cost as we could to keep prices low for you. Duty charges are not applicable everywhere, for example for the United States, the minimum threshold for import tax to the US is $800. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. Since the UK has now left the EU, if you are based in the EU you may be requested to pay duties and taxes by the courier. Duty/import charges are not included and will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping goes by country, so to find out your exact shipping cost, add your desired item(s) to your cart, input your shipping details, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you before you submit your order.
We offer 2 types of Shipping: Standard and Express. All shipping times presented are a quote and may vary depending on the time of year and the current global situation with Covid 19. For Standard shipping, all orders placed after 1:00 pm (GMT 0) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. For Express shipping, all orders placed after 10:00 am (GMT 0) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Please be advised that we are located in the UK, business days include Monday to Friday but exclude British national holidays. Almost all courier services we offer are tracked and we share this tracking information with you. Should a tracked service not be available for a particular country we will get in touch with you to advise you of the best option available. Return & Exchange Policy
We are so sorry to hear that you may not be in love with your purchase, and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please inform us either by email or using the link below, stating you would like to return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee, keeping in mind the following requirements:
Product(s) must be in its original shipping box, in perfect condition with no cosmetic damages to the product or its packaging.
We do not accept returns for used or damaged products.
As much as we would love to cover all costs, we do ask for you to cover return shipping.
Once you have requested to return the item you have 14 days to return the goods.
We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back subject to the product meeting the above requirements.
