    We offer 2 types of Shipping: Standard and Express. All shipping times presented are a quote and may vary depending on the time of year and the current global situation with Covid 19. For Standard shipping, all order placed after 1:00pm (GMT 0) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. For Express shipping, all order placed after 10:00am (GMT 0) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Please be advised that we are located in the UK, business days include Monday to Friday but exclude British national holidays.Almost all courier services we offer are tracked and we share this tracking information with you.     RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

     

    We are so sorry to hear that you may not be in love with your purchase, and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please inform us either by email or using the link below, stating you would like to return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item as part of our satisfaction guarantee, keeping in mind the following requirements:​ Product(s) must be in its original shipping box, in perfect condition with no cosmetic damages to the product or its packaging. We do not accept returns for used or damaged products. As much as we would love to cover all costs, we do ask for you to cover return shipping. Once you have requested to return the item you have 14 days to return the goods. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back subject to the product meeting the above requirements.
